photoblog image Jigsaw puzzle

Jigsaw puzzle

Do you know those 2000-piece jigsaw puzzles with lots of trees, water and reflection? The ones you cannot make in a day, but takes you weeks? Well, this photo could be used for that. It is just the kind of image we see here in the stores where you buy jugsaw puzzles. Maybe I should mail it to the producers of jigsaw puzzles?

This is an amazing pic, bravo!
Perfect reflection here and what a landscape, so quiet, so still. A very nice shot because I can feel the powerful presence of this rock.

Did you say weeks, you mean months, these puzzles are so hard to complete that when you are done you do not have the heart to dissemble them and go looking for the glu to stick em together and then have no where to put it as it is soo big (hence the puzzle Sinem has under one of the beds) smile

Lovely cature.

Fantastic shot chantal. if you go to the adobe website in the photoshop downloads there is a filter/action that turns a picture into a jigsaw.

I LOVE jigsaw puzzles and YES, this would be a perfect one. If those foreground grasses/bushes were not in the pic, you could rotate it upside down and no one would know!

Nice landscape. I like ther reflections. The foreground colors are very nice. A tille more of them would be a nice treat and complement to the blues. Now is this a sky piece or a water reflection sky piece. I don't know, where does it fit?

wat een gave foto! Mooie weerspiegeling, door het rustige water lijkt het net niet echt zo strak!

Amazing view, your pictures just seem to get better all the time!
Those jigsaw puzzles used to drive me bonkers, and then you'd lose a piece, or your little sister would steal a vital bit! This image, however, has a much more positive effect on me! Pity about the shrubs at the base of the image, detracting slightly from the perfect result. A calming, deightful shot, Chantal, thanks for sharing.

great idea - it certainly wouldn't be easy!

Nice shot too btw!
wonderful landscape and i love the reflection ... where is this located?
Beautiful mountain reflection! Good composition.
I just got to looking at the exif data. I might try shooting at lower shutter speeds and increasing the aperture to around f/9 or f/11. You will not only get a more "in-focus" photo, but your lens will be much sharper at these apertures.

Again, excellent shot...I'm impressed!
